Daniyal Steel Crafts (DSC)
Since there are so very few artifacts in museums which have survived from the Greco-Persian & Peloponnesian Wars era, our Living History Group 'The Hellenic Warriors' has researched and constructed much of its own armor for classroom display and appearances. In addition, we have commissioned armorers from around the world to recreate the different types worn by the Greek hoplite during the era known as 'Classical Greece' (or the 'Golden Age of Greece').  Therefore, we are very honored to announce our association with Daniyal Steel Crafts of India, whose artists have crafted many of the these items.

In the first phase of the production of armor in their upcoming Battle of Thermopylae line, DSC has created a prototype shield which is of precise weight and specification.  Upon viewing this model and its accurate dimensions, it has been decided that it will be the standard used in the production of future shields. Each will be individually handcrafted and painted according to the shield blazon (emblem) which you desire.  Much more to follow........
